"Perfect stay!!! So comfortable and convenient! We enjoyed this cabin's layout. Two master suites allowed us privacy and the central living/dining area was ideal for gathering together. Great TV in living room and in both bedrooms. The separate game room was ideal for kids to burn off some energy but also a quiet place for coffee for adults. The back deck was private and the hot tub made you feel like you were in the tree tops. A real plus was THERE WERE NO STAIRS. So many cabins in this area have steep stairs. After double knee replacements it was wonderful to not worry about mobity issues. 10 out of 10 for this gem of a cabin. We hope it's available when we go back to that area. More things to do than Vegas in a beautiful mountain setting."

"TN BEAR DEN was absolutely perfect. The two.master suites worked so well with our family!! The central living area was perfect!! The deck and hot tub are secluded and like being in the trees!! Kitchen had everything we needed and there was a bonus porc h off the deck where the kids enjoyed air hockey and could.do their own thing. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch. Pet friendly!! I've had my knees replaced and the cabin was very, very accessible. Thank goodness!! So many others here have huge stairs to get in them and it just would have been impossible for me. We will be back!! This place is certainly located right in the heart of the action but you'd never know it once you're here. So much to do!!"

"Great cabin, good location, check-in instructions and communication were clear. The only real issue is that the guest Wi-Fi network didn't really work, and we didn't have good cell reception there either. Streaming on the TV, which was connected directly to the router, was fine."

"Nice, clean, cozy, comfortable cabin in a great location. Easy to find using Apple Maps, which took us directly there. It is located uphill on a bit of a windy road, but it is much easier to drive up than others we’ve stayed in. Very little grassy area to walk dogs but that’s shown in the pics so it was expected and we managed. It’s so close to Dollywood that we heard the Dollywood train many times throughout each day. Centrally located with easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go to. Very clean and well stocked. We loved the hot tub, back patio and recreation room with air hockey. The king and full beds were very comfortable but the bunk beds and pull out couch mattresses were not and could use different mattresses or mattresses toppers or egg crate foam. The only issue we had was the door code did not work upon arrival but was resolved within 10 minutes with a call to the management office. We recommend and we’d stay again."

"We were sliding down the mountain bc we couldn’t get to our original cabin due to road conditions. We started calling empty cabins and they answered and didn’t try to price gauge us due to the emergency we were in. We had a great time!!"

- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.

- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.

- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.
What’s provided in the kitchen?

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
