Set in the convenient and lovely Bear Creek Crossing Resort, Smoky Heights is not far from the area’s top attractions, restaurants, and shops. When you want to relax, hang out, and play with family and friends, you can head back to this 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom Pigeon Forge cabin with space for up to 10 guests. It features a charming mountain motif, games, plenty of outdoor space, a peek of mountain views, and plenty of homey conveniences to make your stay comfortable.
Playtime at the cabin is found in the loft, where you can shoot some pool, play cards at the high-top table, or check out the 2 arcade consoles! You can relax on the sofa between games, and the loft also houses a bed — perfect for a kids’ sleepover or more guests. Each of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and its own TV, lovely little retreats after busy days hiking and exploring the area. The cabin is also outfitted with plenty of conveniences, from high-speed wireless internet and a washer/dryer to a fully equipped kitchen and motorcycle-friendly parking.
Outside, soak in the hot tub on the deck, enjoy seasonal mountain views, or splash around in the community pool! The living room welcomes you with a fireplace and TV and cozy seating for unwinding. Inside and out, this charming Pigeon Forge, TN cabin has the space and amenities you want in a Smoky Mountain getaway.
Living Room
Get comfy and cozy in the living room at Smoky Heights, featuring a big screen TV, plush seating, and a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace. Unwind on the sofa (doubles as a queen sleeper) while chatting with a friend and sipping a glass of red, catch up on your favorite novel series by the dazzling fire, or settle in for movie night together. The gorgeous hardwood floors, incredibly high ceiling, and exposed beams add to the mountain experience while keeping the space natural and inviting.
Kitchen
Head over to the nearby kitchen that is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, with black appliances, pots and pans, dinnerware, mugs, and more! Chop veggies for stew on the stove, bake sweet treats in the oven, pop buttery delights in the microwave, brown bagels in the toaster, and brew endless pots of joe! The fridge keeps leftovers and snacks ready to eat anytime while the dishwasher is always ready to clean up behind you.
Dining Area
Mere steps from the kitchen lies the dining area, which boasts a wooden table with bench seating. Combined with the living area’s sofa and armchairs, everyone will have a comfortable place to dine and spend time with loved ones during your stay. And if you open the blinds in the nearby living room, you’ll have views of nature brought straight to the dinner table! This versatile space can also be used for crafts with the little ones, email checks in the morning, or late-night chats over a cup of coffee.
Rec Loft
Take your cabin fun to new Smoky Heights in the rec loft — where you can shoot pool with your best pals and beat the highest arcade scores on the Tetris and Maximum Speed (racing) units! There’s also a pub table for 2, perfect for a card game from home with a couple of cold ones to drink. Not interested in games but don’t want to be left out? Chill on the sofa (doubles as a queen sleeper) and cheer on the players. You’ll also find a king-size bed here — awesome for the gamers in your group to play as long as they want, then head to bed when they please!
Bedrooms
Drift to dreamland in a king-size bed at Smoky Heights — every bedroom has one, including the loft! Each bedroom also features a flatscreen TV for entertainment, and the primary suite even has an electric, heated fireplace, great for setting the mountain mood. Take a hot shower, then slip into the cool sheets for restful nights. And don’t forget the queen sleeper sofas (one in the living room and another in the loft) that bring the possible guest count to 10.
Outdoor Spaces
Escape to the great outdoors at Smoky Heights, where you can relax in a bubbly hot tub, cook steak dinners on the gas grill, and sway away in the rocking chairs or porch swing! Seasonal mountain views (best seen in winter) grace the cabin with natural beauty, and easy roads to the cabin make reaching this vacation destination a breeze. Not to mention, the driveway is flat and paved with parking for 2-3 vehicles with only 4 steps into the cabin, so unloading and packing the cars is smooth, too.
Other Amenities
In addition to all the homey conveniences and bonus amenities, Smoky Heights offers complimentary high-speed wireless internet for all guests and a washer and dryer set to keep laundry at bay when returning home. Best of all, summertime is swim time at the community pool in Bear Creek Crossing Resort!

How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

What is Trip Insurance?

What is Property Protection?
Our Property Protection Plans cover unintentional damages to your cabin during your stay and different levels of protection.
- $54 = $1500 in coverage / No security deposit
- $84 = $2000 in coverage / No security deposit

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
