Description
A beautiful NEW CONSTRUCTION overlooking downtown Gatlinburg, Holly Ridge Hideaway will keep you close to the attractions – while making you feel on top of the world. It starts with stone and shake exteriors for a lodge-level experience, and amenities inside just keep adding to a great getaway! The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom cabin offers space for up to 11 guests, with king-size beds in the bedrooms. More sleeping space includes a sleeper sofa in the living room, a sleeper sofa on the lower level, and a twin bed on the lower level in a special kiddie corner!
Convenience starts with the flat, paved driveway, making arrivals simple. There are 4+ parking spaces, including room to park a trailer as well! More outside amenities include some beautiful new deck spaces where you can bring your coffee to the rocking chairs and look out over the trees or city lights at night. And don’t forget the soothing outdoor hot tub when you want to ease those tired muscles or the Himalayan salt room inside for a spa-like experience.
On cool mountain nights, cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and chat with family and friends. You can flip on the big screen TV, head to the bedrooms to have your own TV time, have an awesome movie night in the theater room with a game system for movies, and take advantage of the high-speed wireless internet in the cabin. You can also whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer here!
Living Room
A beautiful mix of natural wood interiors and bright touches, the living room in Holly Ridge Hideaway is a welcome and open space to spend time. It’s not your average living room, with a setup perfectly suited for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. In one area, sit back in the matching cushioned chairs to chat or grab a rocking chair by the beautiful stone fireplace and relax. The big screen TV hangs on the fireplace here, too. On the other side of the living room – but close enough for conversation – you’ll have a comfy couch and lamps on either side. It’s the perfect spot for reading and enjoying more conversation or playing cards at the coffee table.
Kitchen
All open to the living room is the kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven with stovetop, stainless steel refrigerator, coffeemaker, and dishes, glassware, and cooking tools for in-cabin meals. The cabins are a fun pop of color, a country blue that pairs perfectly with the buffalo check curtains and the warm wood walls. The unique island has bar stool seating for 5, and it’s a great spot to set up snacks for everyone to grab throughout the day. You’ll also have a large stainless steel sink recessed lighting, and space for more than one chef to prepare.
Dining Table
In addition to the stools at the kitchen island, Holly Ridge Hideaway offers a beautiful dining table for 8 in the open living and dining area. The gorgeous wood table features padded chairs and space for family and friends to gather to eat, talk, and unwind. Besides enjoying family-style meals or special holiday dinners here, it’s a great spot for card games, board games, crafts for the kids, or decorating sweet treats. Or you can use it as your away-from-home office to catch up on some work.
Media Space | Living Area
A second living area doubles as a movie space, complete with big screen TV mounted on the wall. Sit back in the recliners here to watch a movie or cozy up on the sofa with a good book for an afternoon of reading and relaxing. This cozy space also features a bed in its own little nook, including its own recessed lighting for late-night reading or playing.
Himalayan Salt Room
One amenity that’s truly unique is the Himalayan salt room! Complete with a feature wall of “rocks and streaming sunlight,” a bench to relax, a chair with side table and lamp, and pink Himalayan salt floor, it’s a space where you can breathe deep and let your stresses melt away.
*Salt rooms are believed to help promote better breathing and sleep, healthier skin, and overall wellness.
Bedrooms
Each of the 3 bedrooms at Holly Ridge Hideaway is an escape all its own. In one, enjoy deck access, a floating side table with reading lamp, log details, and a flatscreen TV. Another features a glider chair, log bed, sliding barn doors, reading lamp, deck access, and a flatscreen TV. Another has a black-and-white theme with unique lamps, deck access, flatscreen TV, and chair. Each features a king-size bed, ensuring each guest gets plenty of space. The bathrooms boast that rustic-chic style, with stone and tile details, copper and bronze finishes, and more. And with 3.5 bathrooms in the cabin, there’s plenty of space to get ready.
Outdoor Spaces
Fresh mountain air, rolling mountains, lovely trees…spend some time in the great outdoors at Holly Ridge Hideaway! Take a seat on the logs around the firepit out front for s’mores and late-night chats on cool mountain evenings. Or head to the decks to relax in the rocking chairs, sit at the cool tree-trunk table and barstools, enjoy a meal at the dining table for 6, soak in the outdoor hot tub, soak up some sun in the lounge chairs, or toss some food on the grill on the open area of the deck. Enjoy the breeze and the sounds of the mountains as you soak in those wonderful mountain views!

"This cabin is not only conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg, it is also off the beaten path enough to feel private and cozy. The panoramic view of the mountains made for a wonderful backdrop to our family weekend. We enjoyed the top-rate amenities, hot tub, and salt cave. "We really enjoyed our time at Holy Ridge Hideaway. The location is perfect. It is only a five minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin is great for a family or friends. We had 5 people at the cabin and there was plenty of room for us and a lot more. The kitchen is full with everything that you would need to prepare and serve a dinner. My bedroom slept comfortably with its own bathroom. I even found time to play the Nintendo Switch and lay in the salt room for a half hour. The top balcony has a great view over Gatlinburg and up into the hills. The lower balcony has a nice hot tub with Bluetooth to connect your phone and listen to music. My experience here was wonderful and I cannot wait to return to Holly Ridge Hideaway!"

"We loved this cabin with the spacious kitchen, huge decks, amazing views, and walkable to town! We really enjoyed the special touches - the himalayan salt cave (so amazing), the Bluetooth speakers on the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor living space, etc. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to make our own meals. My 7 year old loved her own kiddie bed under the stairs! We will definitely return and stay in this cabin again!"

"Our kids were involved in a school convention at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. It was a great location to go back and forth from the center and the strip. We enjoyed the cleanliness and the roominess of the cabin. I don’t see where there’s room but we wished there was some sort of game table in the common area downstairs. That would be our only complaint. The cabin met our expectations in every way! Would definitely recommend for a location near the strip."

"Comfortable and open floor plan and homelike cabin. So much better than a hotel. Good amount of living space upstairs, downstairs, and on the porches although it was a little too cold to enjoy the porches. We enjoyed the salt room. The beds were comfortable, the linens were soft, and there was adequate throws and blankets to use when sitting outside or inside. There were adequate pans and pots for the cooking we did and plenty of tumblers, plates, and silverware. Nice views, ample parking, and in a great location. And it was 5 minute walking distance to a general store and about 10 minutes to downtown."

How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?

What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.
What’s provided in the kitchen?

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Silver

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
