This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom getaway can sleep up to 9 guests and is pet friendly, so you won’t have to board your dog while away. Plan a fun family vacation or a memorable weekend with friends near downtown Gatlinburg.
Easily prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, play air hockey and pool, have movie nights in front of the large flatscreen smart TV, and enjoy wonderful outdoor spaces with the hot tub, cornhole, and seating on the decks.
Living Room
Find yourself at home in the living room of this Gatlinburg cabin rental. The fireplace is perfect for cozy mountain nights, and there is a large flatscreen smart TV for hours of shows or movie nights. Pop into the kitchen nearby to make some popcorn and grab drinks! This open-concept space keeps the kitchen easily accessible for snacks, drinks, or making meals. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and countertop appliances for your convenience.
Brew some coffee or tea to start your day, bake sweet treats in the oven, or just use the space to reheat leftovers from meals in town. You’ll find all the essentials to make your stay a breeze!
Dining Area
A lovely 8-person dining table sits between the kitchen and living room, so guests can enjoy each others’ company while cooking, eating, playing, or hanging out. Set the table for special holiday meals, order pizza for a laid-back night, or gather for big country breakfasts before outdoor adventures!
The spacious dining table is also great for game nights! Bring your favorite board games or decks of cards to play, put together a puzzle on a rainy day, make crafts with the kids, scrapbook, set up for a meeting, or do homeschooling on a week in the mountains!
Bedrooms
This cozy cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, offers 2 primary bedroom suites. With one on each level of the cabin, you’ll have plenty of privacy! Each has a flatscreen smart TV, a private bathroom, and a plush king-size bed for an evening of rest. The third bedroom is a kids’ paradise, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a PlayStation 3!

Ready to play? Head to the game room for fun for all ages. Challenge someone to a game of air hockey, play around on the pool table, and watch some TV on the flatscreen. There is also a small bar and stools, so you can have a snack or grab a drink while hanging out.

Downtown Gatlinburg is just 15 minutes away and is home to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, country shops, the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community, old-time photo spots, and more. If you want to visit the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, find an entrance less than 30 minutes away (11.2 miles) or head to the Sugarlands Visitor Center 8.5 miles away.
Ready to ski and snowboard? Ober Gatlinburg is less than 30 minutes away! Anakeesta offers amazing views, good food, and plenty of fun less than 15 minutes away, and Dollywood’s Splash Country is just over 20 minutes from your mountain retreat.

How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?

What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
