Relax on the 2 couches (one doubles as a queen sleeper sofa) and natural bench in this large room with gorgeous hardwood floors and two-toned wood paneling on the ceiling. Boasting an open floorplan, extra seating can be found at the kitchen bar or dining table nearby. Plus, there are large windows to light the space and bring Smoky Mountain views indoors, giving you and your guests a nice space to relax throughout the day.

On the far wall, you’ll find an electric (non heat) fireplace that produces beautiful, natural-looking fire and a big screen TV — chat with friends by an ambient fire in the evenings and don’t fret about missing a single episode of your favorite weeknight show while you’re away. Whether you’re relaxing in front of the Smoky Mountain sunset or watching a riveting TV drama, nothing but good times await in the inviting living room at Big Bear Views Lodge.

Kitchen
A large group retreat isn’t complete without a large-scale kitchen. Big Bear Views Lodge doesn’t disappoint with its open, updated kitchen — featuring a full-size refrigerator, large breakfast bar for 5, and plenty of counter space for prepping, cooking, and serving.

Fully equipped, enjoy an over-the-range microwave, electric stove, and stainless-steel double sink as well as small appliances, like a blender, toaster, and coffeemaker. Simply stop by the Gatlinburg Farmers Market, which opens every spring in the Smokies, and grab fresh local produce, homemade treats, and delicious jams and jellies. Combine your Farmers Market picks with grocery store staples like pancake mix, bread, deli meats, eggs, and milk, and you’ll have plenty of tasty options for eating in the cabin during your Gatlinburg stay. And if that doesn’t float your boat, a pizza party should do the trick!

Dining Room
If you do cook in the cabin or request delivery, you’ll have the perfect place to dine as a group with the large dining table at Big Bear Views Lodge. With a log bench for 4 and 6 matching chairs, this wooden table is roomy enough for 10 guests. Plus, the breakfast bar is conveniently located next to the dining room with bar stool seating for 5 more. Any other guests who need a seat can comfortably eat in the living room thanks to this cabin’s open-concept design. And for even more seating options, try the rocking chairs on the deck for a gorgeous Smoky Mountain view while enjoying your meal!

Game Room
When the food has settled, and it’s time to play, head to the top of the stairs at Big Bear Views Lodge, where you’ll find a large game room that’s loaded with multiple ways to entertain and incredible Smoky Mountain views to boot! An air hockey table, Big Buck Wild Arcade Game, and pool table are just some of the fun options inside Big Bear Views Lodge. Enter the rink like a champion, challenge your bestie to shooting rounds, and pool around with your coworkers.

Besides all these, you’ll find a Super Cars Driving Game and a flatscreen 60-game Multicade unit with all your old favorites — from Pac-Man and Frogger to Donkey Kong and Galaga. Race to the finish line to claim first place and beat all the high scores before the trip is over! There are also 2 ceiling fans to keep players cool and a wet bar for drinks, so grab a cold one and enjoy game tournaments every morning, afternoon, evening, and night — any time is game time when you’re on vacation!

Sometimes what we’re looking forward to the most, when it comes to our annual family vacation, is simply being able to kick back and watch a flick with the whole family. Big Bear Views Lodge takes your movie-watching experience to the next level with its gorgeous private theater room!

This rustic theater room recreates the movie theater experience right inside your Gatlinburg cabin, with comfy theater seating for 20. Movie posters on the wall, surround sound, and a giant 75” flatscreen HD Blu-ray theater TV are all waiting for you— all you need to bring is the Blu-ray disc or DVD.

Bedrooms
When you visit the Smokies, one of the best reasons to choose a Gatlinburg cabin over a downtown hotel is the roomy, cozy bedrooms waiting for YOU — like the 5 bedrooms found inside Big Bear Views Lodge! Instead of cramped sleeping quarters, you’ll find large bedrooms with log-style furniture, comfy bedding, private electric fireplaces (no heat), and homey accents like ceiling fans, reading lamps, bureaus, and flatscreen TVs.

What's even better is that each bedroom has its own flair - with differing bedspreads, views, and amenities. Choose from a bedroom with its own fireplace or its own garden tub - or both! Three of the five have their own large garden tubs, perfect for spa nights in the cabin! Total, you’ll be able to sleep 22 guests in Big Bear Views Lodge's 5 bedrooms. That’s because most bedrooms offer more than one place to sleep. This spacious lodge offers 4 king-size bedrooms and 1 large bunk-room with 2 sets of Hickory bunkbeds and 3 queen-size sofa sleepers.

Outdoor Spaces
If you’re traveling to the area to really see Gatlinburg, Big Bear Views Lodge is a great cabin choice for your large group. Why? Because this cabin offers tree-studded views of the city lights and spectacular Smoky Mountain scenes right from your back decks! Sip on a glass of locally made wine with your spouse in the evenings in one of the double rocking chairs while you gaze at the night sky or soothe tired muscles in the outdoor hot tub while watching comedy shows on the flatscreen TV!

Another outdoor amenity provided by this semi-private cabin is a double-size, picnic-style (charcoal) grill, where you can cook a delicious meal of juicy burgers, savory steaks, veggie kabobs, and tender chicken during your group’s summer getaway. To add to your convenience, this cabin provides a flat, newly paved driveway capable of fitting up to 7 vehicles. Additional parking is available in the cul-de-sac on the dead-end street by the cabin, and it can accommodate bus parking just about 100 yards from the cabin. And to make life even easier, there are only 2 steps to enter the home as well as a large front porch, meaning unpacking and loading the cars will be easy as pie!

Other Amenities
Located inside the Forest Springs Resort, Big Bear Views Lodge offers a semi-private atmosphere for your large group retreat. Washer and dryer access and wireless internet capability are offered to Big Bear Views Lodge guests as well.
