Living Room
Begin your relaxing vacation by tossing your suitcases in the bedroom and heading straight for the living room recliner — wrap up in the cozy throw for extra comfort! For a fun night in, have a family movie marathon on the flatscreen TV. Feel free to choose a film for the DVD player from the provided movie library or bring a vintage home video for the VCR.
Take your movie nights up a notch with a big bowl of parmesan-topped popcorn on your lap, mixed drinks on the coffee table, and a beautiful fire in the wood-burning fireplace, elegantly bordered by stone. After a night on the town, pull out the plush sleeper sofa to sprawl out and unwind or switch on the floor lamp for some light reading before bedtime.
Kitchen
Well-stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, mugs, and more, the kitchen lies just beyond the living area. Complete with all the appliances you’ll need — most especially a diligent dishwasher — this kitchen was made for healthy breakfasts, fueling lunches, hearty dinners, and ambitious desserts. Save your downtown leftovers in the refrigerator and heat them up in the over-the-range microwave for a meal the next day.
Make endless pots of Colombian coffee with the coffeemaker and toast bagels morning, noon, or night with the toaster! Great for fruit smoothies, root beer floats, protein shakes, and pancake mixes, the blender will most definitely come in handy. With natural light streaming in from the large window over the stainless-steel double sink (with a sprayer), you’ll be able to wash veggies and easily prep for meals.
Dining Area
Full of charm, the dining area hosts a quaint wooden table with 4 matching chairs and is conveniently located near the kitchen, making mealtime that much easier. Admire the adorable knickknacks in the beautifully crafted corner cabinet or keep an eye out for local wildlife outside the large windows while you dine. For an artistic treat, check out the overhead chandelier, which features cutouts of black bears and lampshades decorated with a forest theme. After dinner, bring out the homemade cheesecake and freshly brewed coffee to really top off the night!
Bedroom
Open the double doors to the primary suite — complete with a unique stained-glass window above the king-size bed — to reveal a jetted tub encompassed by stone in the open en-suite bathroom! Surrounded by candlelight, relax with a lush bath bomb while gazing at another exquisite stained-glass window before hopping into bed. Take a cue from the reading bear on the lamp atop the nightstand (perfect for charging devices) and gather your little ones for a traditional bedtime story. In the morning, use the cushioned bench and large vanity to get ready for a day of souvenir shopping in town!
Outdoor Spaces
Park your car in the flat, paved parking area (shared with another cabin) and head down (about 20 steps) to the screened-in back deck — where nothing but good times await! Harboring 2 rocking chairs and a matching side table, this peaceful space provides a place of tranquility to enjoy the morning melodies of nature with your most cherished novel and a cup of breakfast tea, too.
Take an evening to prepare a special dinner for your spouse with the gas grill. From whole salmon and ribeye steak to marinated chicken and lavish kabobs, the options are limitless. For an enhanced outdoor experience, take in the mountain view while leisurely soaking in the outdoor hot tub — serenity made easy.
Other Amenities
Keeping you connected, the complimentary Wi-Fi will make updating your Facebook status, posting vacation photos, googling new dinner recipes, and binge-watching the latest Netflix release a breeze! Happily FaceTime a cabin tour for your friends, level up your iPad game character, and check your email for local coupons. "This cabin is amazing!! My wife and I wanted to get away for the weekend to just rekindle things because life gets hectic and with kids it’s hard to get time to spend together. This was the perfect place to do that. We enjoyed the hot tub and preparing meals right in the comfort of what felt like, our home away from home. We have absolutely ZERO complaints and we plan on returning in September. I would recommend A Perfect Paradise to anyone!!"

How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Silver

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
