With 3 bedrooms, 3 full + 2 half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple hangout areas inside and outside, and 2700+ square feet of space, there’s room for 9 guests (plus 3 kids) at this newly built (in 2018) cabin! 

Get ready for homemade meals or pizza nights in, classics on a big screen TV plus theater seating, rousing rounds of pool, air hockey, and ping pong, high scores on the arcade unit, soothing soaks in the outdoor hot tub, cuddles by the stone fireplace, and morning mugs of joe in a rocking chair. The driveway is flat and paved for easy arrivals, free Wi-Fi is provided, the washer/dryer makes stays convenient, and a mix of 2 kings, 1 queen bunk, 1 twin bunk, and 1 futon gives everyone a comfortable place to say goodnight.

Living Room
Stunning mountain views streaming through large windows, an electric fireplace with a big screen TV, and plush seating with a soft area rug bring the living room at Sweet Mountain Retreat together. Lovely luxury vinyl plank floors run throughout, and the high ceilings really elevate the space. Imagine sipping coffee with the Smoky Mountains just outside, laughing at entertainment on the big screen TV with your kiddos, piling snacks and drinks on the coffee table for a chat with your best pals, and reading your favorite novel by a dazzling fire. 

Kitchen
Keeping with the modern open concept, the fully equipped kitchen is only steps from the living area, meaning conversations can flow and mountain views stream all the way through. Chefs will be pleased with spacious granite countertops, slate appliances (including a dishwasher), as well as pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, and almost anything needed for whipping up and serving homemade meals. There’s even bar seating for 4 at the island, where volunteers can help decorate cookies, prepare ingredients, or taste test (our personal fav).

Dining Area
In the dining area just off the kitchen, a long farmhouse-style table with matching benches seats 8-12 afront a large window framing the picturesque rolling mountains. Combined with the 4 bar stools and living room seating nearby, everyone can dine in comfort. Plus, the deck harbors 2 dining tables that seat 4 people each, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

Rec Room
Ready to play? Head for the rec room, where air hockey matches, arcade battles, and ping pong duels unfold! When you need to cool off from all the excitement, grab a cold one from the bar's beverage cooler and enjoy a drink at the barrel pub table with a game on the mounted big screen TV. There’s even a microwave for warm drinks or snacks, a futon to relax and watch the players, and more mountain views to enjoy through large windows. And let’s not forget the fun pool table plus seating area with flatscreen TV in the rec loft upstairs — where even mountain views await!

Theater Room
Fill bowls with popcorn from the kitchen, grab a few candy bars, and venture into the theater room for movie night done right! Watch action scenes intensify, romantic moments swoon, horrific tales unravel, comedy burst forth, and fantasy creatures enchant on the big screen TV with DVD player. Tiered theater-style seating adds to the theater experience, with drink holders to boot!

Bedrooms
Ah, it’s bedtime at Sweet Mountain Retreat, which means sweet dreams will surely follow as you slip into dreamland. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a flatscreen TV for entertainment anytime. While 2 bedrooms offer king-size beds with custom furniture sets and direct deck access, the last bedroom harbors a twin bunk + a queen bunk and cushioned pads the kids will enjoy. There’s also a futon in the rec room for extra sleeping space, bringing the max guest count to 9 (plus 3 kids). And with 3 full + 2 half baths, everyone can get ready for bed or town with ease.

Outdoor Spaces
Only 3 steps into the home from the flat, paved driveway means easy unloading and packing the cars. After getting settled inside, it’s time head to the great outdoors at Sweet Mountain Retreat. Sway on the porch swing with your spouse, rock away your worries and cares in a rocking chair, sip coffee and enjoy breakfast at the 2 outdoor dining tables, and soak in the steamy hot tub. The best part? Breathtaking mountain views extend for miles.
