Along with a convenient location near downtown Gatlinburg, TN, Sunny View is beautifully designed and decorated, giving you a comfortable and welcoming place to call home — with plenty of amenities to boot! Each bedroom features a king-size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers a little more sleeping space. It’s perfectly set up for 2 couples, a family, or a group of friends. You can whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen — complete with breakfast bar and a stainless steel refrigerator — sit down for in-cabin meals at the dining area table, and then cozy up in the living room in front of the stone fireplace and big screen TV with Blu-ray player.

Outdoor spaces are just as inviting, with deck seating, a hot tub, outdoor dining space, and a grill — all overlooking truly fantastic views of the Great Smoky Mountains! Have a nice cookout, relax in the hot tub after long days, and enjoy the fresh air and a cup of coffee to start the perfect day in the Smokies. And don’t forget conveniences like the washer/dryer and high-speed wireless internet!

Living Room
Step onto gorgeous hardwood floors and gaze above at exposed beams as you enter the living area of Sunny View. Have a seat on the plump sofa (doubles as a queen sleeper) for a rest after your travels and flip on the big screen TV for a little entertainment. Movie night can be every night with the DVD and Blu-ray players, and the gas fireplace sets the mountain mood for romance or a good book in the armchairs. There’s even a pool table nearby for fun and games at the cabin! And the best part of the living area is certainly the stunning mountain views from streaming through the large windows.

Kitchen
Flowing with the open concept throughout the home, the kitchen is mere steps from the living area, keeping conversations going and mountain views only a glance away. This cozy corner kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, plenty of granite counter space for meal prep, and even bar seating for 3. Whip up favorite recipes on the stove, fix savory snacks from the fridge, bake sweet treats in the oven, pop everyone’s movie night fav in the microwave, and let the dishwasher handle the mess!

Dining Area
Right next to the large windows framing picturesque mountain views lies the dining area that features a lovely square table for 4. Watch as wildlife soars, clouds roll by, and rain cascades across the mountain landscape while you dine — it’s a truly memorable experience! Add the bar seating for 3 in the kitchen, and everyone will have a designated dining place. The dining area is also great for catching up on emails, sipping morning coffee, playing board games from home, or setting out creative activities for the little ones. 

Bedrooms
When guests are ready to head to dreamland, Sunny View offers 2 large bedrooms — each with a king size bed, a mounted flatscreen TV, and direct deck access. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the indoor jetted tub, slip into the cool sheets of a king size bed, flip on the TV for a little evening entertainment, fall asleep in comfort, then arise to fresh mountain air with a cup of joe on deck. And don’t forget the queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests.

And when you’re ready to paint the town red, head only 5 steps down to the flat, paved driveway with parking for 3, making loading and unloading the cars hassle-free.
