Starry Heights

Slip away to Starry Heights, a beautiful large cabin in the Chalet Village cabin community of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom cabin has space to sleep up to 14 guests, along with conveniences to make you feel at home and extras for a memorable vacation in the mountains. From the one-of-a-kind black bear sculptures greeting you at the front door to the spacious decks and the warm, inviting spaces inside, Starry Heights will leave you coming back for more!

Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own private bath, giving guests privacy and convenience during the stay. The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen next to a sprawling fireplace — perfect for family-style meals and cozy nights during the holidays! In the living room, find gorgeous views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, Wi-Fi, cozy spots to relax in front of the flatscreen TV and double-sided fireplace, and room to spread out with family and friends.

Guests will also have community access to 3 swimming pools and clubhouses with game tables, tennis courts, and workout equipment. Splash around in summer, play foosball and shuffleboard, win tennis matches, and stay fit during your vacation. And with a convenient location to downtown Gatlinburg and the ski slopes of Ober, fun attractions, unique boutiques, Southern dining, and winter sports offer plenty of entertaining options on your cabin vacation at Starry Heights.

Living Room
Cast your gaze to Starry Heights from the floor to ceiling windows framing the Great Smoky Mountains in the living room. Sofa and chair seating with a large ottoman keeps guests comfy for a chat with a roaring fire in the gas fireplace on cooler evenings — it’s even double sided to keep the home extra cozy! And when you’re ready for movie night, pop in a DVD, switch on the flatscreen TV, grab snacks from the nearby kitchen, and press play. 

Kitchen
Follow the double sided stone fireplace to the kitchen side for midnight munchies and full meals prepared in this fully equipped space. With stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, cookware, plus dishware for serving, this kitchen has pretty much everything but the groceries! Spacious granite countertops give you plenty of prep room. And with an open concept into the dining area plus breakfast bar seating for 3, the chef in the family won’t miss out on all the action. Best of all, there’s a handy dishwasher ready to clean up for you!

Dining Area
Set the glass top log table with 8 matching chairs for mealtimes with lovely views in the dining area just off the kitchen. Combined with the bar seating for 3 and living room seating nearby, everyone will have a space to enjoy meals. And when the food disappears, bust out a provided board game for family game night or an epic competition with friends. The dining area is also great for catching up on emails or planning the day’s activities in town. 

Rec Room
When you’re ready to play, head to the rec room where a pool table and flatscreen TV await. Enjoy a little entertainment, knock back a few cold ones, and shoot pool with your best pals. And when you need a minute, step onto the deck for a bit of fresh air in the mountains. 

Bedrooms
After playing in town and relaxing at the cabin all day, you’ll appreciate a comfy place to rest for the night. The 5 bedrooms at Starry Heights don’t disappoint — with queen size beds, ceiling fans, flatscreen TVs, and views of nature! One of the 5 full bathrooms even offers an indoor jetted tub to unwind. Not to mention, there’s a steam shower room downstairs that will leave you completely refreshed and relaxed. And for extra guests, there’s a queen sleeper sofa in the loft and another in the living room. 

Outdoor Spaces
Ah, inhale the great outdoors at Starry Heights! Sit back and enjoy a mug of joe in a rocking chair with the Smoky Mountains only a glance away at this semi-private cabin. Morning or evening, swap into your swimsuit for a muscle soothing soak in the bubbly hot tub. Craving grilled dishes? Fire up the gas grill and curb your desire for fresh steaks and kabobs or burgers and hot dogs. 

The driveway is steep and paved (4-wheel drive needed in winter) with parking for 4-6 vehicles. And there are only 3 steps into the home, meaning unpacking the cars will be a breeze. Plus, when you’re ready to travel the flat and paved roads into town, getting everyone buckled and ready won’t be a hassle.

Starry Heights provides complimentary Wi-Fi for guests and offers community access to 3 clubhouses — that feature summer pools (some with fun water features), game tables, lit tennis courts, and workout equipment — through Chalet Village. Splash around in summer and hop on the internet to share your cabin stay with friends and family back home. There’s also a washer and dryer to keep laundry to a minimum when you leave and a VCR for recounting the good ole days.
