Time at Sleepy Hollow is filled with fun family moments, exciting game tournaments, laughter around every corner, and relaxation beyond imagination. Sleeping up to 18 people, this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom cabin in the Smokies provides a comfortable place to unwind after your travels. With a fully equipped kitchen, a big screen TV, 2 fireplaces, an outdoor hot tub, and arcade games in the rec room, making memories with your family will be effortless.
Just down the road, downtown Pigeon Forge offers even more entertainment. The exciting mountain town boasts hundreds of family-friendly attractions, activities, and events, along with plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Spend a day browsing at The Island, riding roller coasters at Dollywood, and hopping from one attraction to the next in Pigeon Forge before heading back to Sleepy Hollow to unwind.
Living Room
Step into the spacious living room and plop onto the couch just off the front door. If it’s a bit warm, flip on the ceiling fan and kick back. While you’re at it, check out the vaulted ceiling, designed with beautiful large windows to let in tons of natural light. If it’s a bit cold, get a fire going in the fireplace — style points for the stone border and natural wood mantel! With 2 sofas that double as queen sleepers and a bold-red armchair, getting comfy for family movie night on the big screen TV will be a piece of cake. Speaking of tasty treats, why not fill the coffee table with yummy movie snacks — like potato chips, buttered popcorn, and chocolate candies! Let the kids sprawl out on the roomy area rug and keep the drinks on the large end table to help prevent accidental spillage from all the movie night excitement.
Kitchen
As three little bears welcome you into the kitchen from the living area, you’ll first notice a breakfast bar with seating for 3. All that extra counter space will really come in handy at dinner time. Your friends can take a seat and keep you company while you prepare meals. Better yet, they can help you cook by chopping ingredients, mixing doughs, and keeping an eye on the timer. Complete with stainless-steel appliances — a refrigerator, a toaster, a microwave over the range, and an ever-helpful dishwasher — this fully equipped kitchen is ready to take on any recipe. To top it all off, there is also an electric can opener, a blender, a double sink with a sprayer (good for dishes), and a coffeemaker. With treetop and mountain views from various windows, waiting for water to boil won’t be a bore in this kitchen.
Dining Area
Directly across from the breakfast bar is the dining area, featuring a long wooden table with a unique antler-style chandelier overhead. Providing seating for 6, this table is great for in-cabin meals, board game events, and friendly after-dinner chats. If you’re in an artistic mood, take advantage of all the natural light and bust out those drawing pencils and sketchbook! Inspiration is easy to find — just head out on the entry-level deck and take a look at the nice view.
Game Room | Media Room
Head downstairs into the game room with a mounted big screen TV over the fireplace (a replica of the one in the living room) and a couch — plus 2 armchairs — to cheer on the latest sports match. With drinks in hand from the kitchenette here (includes a coffeemaker, sink, mini-fridge, and microwave), you’ll have no reason to leave for hours. Play air hockey on the commercial breaks and take on the high scores for Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga. There is also a new X-men 4-player game! If the room holds too much excitement for you, grab a cup of joe and chill with nature on the lower-level deck.
Bedrooms
With 5 bedrooms total — each featuring a flatscreen TV* (with a Blu-ray or DVD player) and a cooling ceiling fan — personal space won’t be an issue in this Smoky Mountain cabin. With sleeping space for 18 guests, you’ll have 3 king-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, and 4 sofa beds! While every bedroom provides calming comfort and cabin charm, the primary bedroom on the second floor really takes it up a notch. Lounge on the king-size bed while watching the latest thriller, bathe with a woodsy mountain view in the jetted tub, get ready for the day in the en suite bath (with a double vanity), or take a well-deserved nap on the sofa. There’s even a nearby floor lamp, great for nightly reads.
*One bedroom does not have cable programming but does provide a Blu-ray player for movies.
Outdoor Spaces
Welcoming you into the home is a long covered front porch, which allows you to easily unload your luggage, groceries — and kids. With a charcoal grill for barbecue night, paved parking, and an accommodating porch out front, this cabin’s already off to a great start before you’ve even ventured inside. Continuing through the home, past the kitchen and dining area, you’ll find the entry level deck with an outdoor hot tub (including 2 privacy walls), 2 ceiling fans, and rocking chairs galore! Making your way downstairs, the lower level deck lies just through the game room. Rock to your heart’s content in a rocking chair or go for a cat nap on the lounge chair — all while taking in that fresh mountain air.
