A brand-new build in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee — featuring phenomenal views of Cove Mountain and Mt. LeConte — Red Oak Ranch is a stunning 4,500-square-foot space! Pull into the curved driveway and step inside beneath the huge portico to the door, where there is room to park 2 vehicles side by side and space for up to 8 vehicles in all. Luxury starts from the moment you arrive, with beautiful wood and stone details and an entry level that opens up to the loft area with 25-foot ceilings. This 6-bedroom lodge has 6½ bathrooms and space to sleep up to 22 guests.
Tons of windows all around the cabin let in lots of natural light, and there are multiple decks where you can stretch your legs, unwind, and enjoy the views. At night, you’ll have 5 king-size beds (2 king suites on the lower level with Roman tub/showers and a king suite with an oversized shower with 2 heads), 1 twin bunk, 1 full bunk, and 3 queen sleeper sofas for guests. The kitchen on the entry level features 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens/stovetops, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, 2 dining room tables, and an island with 6 barstools. After meals, relax in front of the gas fireplace or unwind in the mountain tower with 2 sleeper sofas, chairs with ottomans, and recliners.
When you’re ready to play, head to the lower level that has a game room with Skeeball, arcade basketball, a pool table, and a standup Multicade arcade game. Or head to the loft for foosball and more arcade games! And with a wet bar with a mini-fridge, freezer, toaster, and microwave, you can easily whip up drinks and snacks while you hang out and play. The basement level outside boasts a great backyard, a soothing hot tub, a gas firepit for late-night chats, glider chairs, and outdoor tables for meals outside. There are also grills for cookouts and a washer/dryer! Enjoy all this while you soak in full mountain views!
Living Room
Walk into your cabin dream come true — with log posts, hardwood floors, multi-toned ceilings, and reaching windows framing heavenly mountain views! It’s finally time to kick back and relax in the living room that invites guests to take a load off on the reclinable sofas. Look over to the incredible mountain scenery or look up to the rustic, industrial pendant lights that add more warmth to the space.
Set your glass on the barrel table while chatting with a friend or deal a deck of cards onto the coffee table. When it’s cooler outside, the stunning gas fireplace is ideal to make things cozier. The stacked stones, log pieces, and mountain motif make the fireplace pop. You can also flip on the big screen TV for more entertainment.
Kitchen
Large groups need double everything in the kitchen, and Red Oak Ranch delivers! All stainless steel, you’ll have 2 refrigerators, 2 ranges, 2 microwaves, 2 double sinks, and 2 dishwashers. The spacious stone countertops blend seamlessly with the natural wood cabinetry, and lantern pendant lighting adds a touch of charm to the cooking space.
Additionally, the long island features bar seating and plenty of space to set out your breakfast, lunch, or dinner spread. It’s also an ideal location to keep snacks for anyone with the munchies throughout the day. Fully equipped with everything you need (minus ingredients), you can prep and serve delightful meals and spend more quality time with friends and family in the kitchen.
Dining Area
Just off the open-concept kitchen space is the dining area that boasts 2 large tables with cushioned seating. Guests can spread out to the kitchen bar or living room sofas if they wish. Better yet, there’s an outdoor eating area adjacent to the dining area, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh mountain air!
The dining tables are also useful for board or card games together, setting up a temporary homeschool station, decorating freshly baked cookies with the kids, or hosting a quick meeting before splitting off for the day’s activities in downtown Pigeon Forge.
Media Tower
Whether you’ve explored Dollywood all day, hiked 10 miles in the national park, or played arcade games for hours at the cabin, the media tower is a great place to retreat for a while. Think of this space like an enclosed treehouse with breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains and treetops through the many windows.
Sofas, armchairs, and ottomans invite YOU to hang out with family and friends while chatting, sipping Ole Smoky Moonshine, and enjoying the incredible views at your Pigeon Forge large group cabin. Rec Room + Game Loft
Yahoo for games galore! This large group cabin in Pigeon Forge boasts a fun rec room plus a game loft. In the rec room, play pool into the night or shoot hoops, roll Skee balls, and challenge the highest Galaga scores in the mini-arcade with full-size commercial units. Yes, there’s a ceiling fan to stay cool.
Along with games, you can whip up cocktails or whip up snacks at the wet bar that features a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and sink. There’s also another big screen TV, a plump sofa, and views of the beautiful mountains!
In the loft, leave the foosball field a hero or go head-to-head in an arcade battle on the tabletop unit. For more relaxed gaming, set up a board or card game at the table in this space. Enjoy entertainment on the big screen TV while you play. This game space also rocks those majestic mountain views you crave!
Bedrooms
Lovely suites with custom furniture sets combine with great mountain and tree-studded views to create an ideal setting for total relaxation. At Red Oak Ranch, there are 6 bedrooms — each with a TV and some with balcony access. There are 5 king bedrooms and 1 bunk room. Sleeping arrangements are split between 5 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bunk, 1 full-size bunk, and sleeper sofas (in the rec room and media tower).
Not to mention, there are 2 king suites with Roman tub/showers in case you want a spa bath and 1 king suite with an oversized shower with 2 heads for the ultimate shower before bed. There’s a total of 6½ bathrooms so everyone can spread out and get ready for the day or night without a hassle.
Outdoor Spaces
Outdoors is where you’ll want to be at this large Pigeon Forge cabin rental that sits on 2 acres of land. Stretch your legs or kick around a hackysack in the backyard. Sit around the beautiful stone, gas firepit in the Adirondack chairs while roasting marshmallows for s’mores and laughing about the good times. Gliding chairs line the 3 spacious decks that stretch across 2,300 square feet! Sip local wine or morning coffee with gorgeous views of Cove Mountain and Mt. LeConte.
For memorable cookouts in the Smokies, fire up the charcoal, picnic-style grill and toss on burgers and veggies. You can enjoy your grilled breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the outdoor table just off the kitchen and dining space. To relax, slip into your swimsuit and head for the steamy hot tub with massaging jets, just the place you want to be after walking around The Island for a while.
With room for a trailer and parking for 8+, you’ll have plenty of space for all your vehicles so you won’t have to carpool uncomfortably this trip. The driveway is paved and steep, so come prepared. Best of all, there’s a portico at the front entrance and only 3 steps to enter the home, making unpacking and reloading the cars a breeze.

Along with the many entertaining options at the cabin, you can tap into the free high speed Wi-Fi to stay connected and toss loads into the washer/dryer as needed. There’s also a community fishing pond where you can cast a line and let your worries wash away.
