As you pull up to Potter’s Place, you’ll have a nice flat, paved parking area to make arrivals easy. Step inside to cozy up in the living room, which features soaring ceilings; exposed wood beams; 2 ceiling fans; large, plush leather sofas; a huge stone fireplace (electric, heated) for cool mountain nights; and a big screen TV when you want to kick back and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is steps away, offering a convenient place to create meals for the group. Once you’ve cooked, find barstools for seating at the breakfast bar plus a dining table with log chairs.

For more entertainment, the rec room boasts a foosball table, arcade games, pool table, leather sofa, and big screen TV. Outside, enjoy a soothing hot tub, rocking chairs overlooking the mountains, and plenty of covered deck space for relaxing. Back inside, the bedrooms feature king beds, closets, and bathrooms for your convenience. The cabin also has high-speed wireless internet and a washer/dryer, making your stay feel just like home — but way more relaxing.

The cabin has Hulu for live and streaming TV, along with Disney+ and ESPN! 

Bedrooms
When it’s time to hit the hay, or if you just want to escape the group for a little while, peel away to your bedroom suite. Each of the 3 bedrooms features a king-size log bed with matching furniture, a TV for entertainment, a ceiling fan to keep cool on warmer nights, and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. There’s even an indoor jetted tub, where you can play tranquil tunes, unwind with bubbles, and totally relax. Additional guests can snooze on the 2 sleeper sofas in the home.

Outdoor Spaces
Arrive along flat, paved roads to the flat, paved driveway with only 3 steps to reach the front porch, making your arrivals and departures easier than ever in the Smokies. There’s room to park up to 4 vehicles, so you don’t have to pile into a few cars on your trip to Gatlinburg. Best of all, there are 2 decks to take in the lovely mountain scenery from the massaging hot tub and inviting rockers. Slip into your swimsuit for a soothing soak anytime and sip morning coffee, afternoon tea, or evening wine while gazing out at the mountains and beautiful sky. And if you want to cook out, fire up the charcoal grill and show off your master grilling skills!

Local Fun
While hanging out at the cabin is pretty awesome, we do recommend popping into town from time to time to really get to know the culture of the Smoky Mountains. Plus, there are tons of attractions, boutiques, and restaurants to enjoy. You can duel zipline at Anakeesta, play mini-golf, walk across the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the nation, conquer your fears of a haunted mansion, or pet a horseshoe crab...for starters. Shopping is a must at the many souvenir shops in town, and eating out is a whole new (and delicious) experience in Gatlinburg, TN! 

Don’t forget to pay a visit to the most visited national park in the country — the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! There are 800+ miles of hiking trails, cycling opportunities, horseback riding stables, picnic spots, and sparkling rivers where you can catch fish or simply take in the sights. Just remember to bring a few water bottles and snacks if you need them to keep your energy up while exploring. There are also a few scenic drives, like the Cades Cove loop and Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail.
