At your condo rental in downtown Gatlinburg, slip into your PJs and get comfy on the sofa with entertainment on the TV and a glass of wine in hand. On brisk evenings, get a fire going in the fireplace and kick back in a recliner with a good book. When you’re ready to rest, head to the king bedroom after tucking in the kids on the twin bunk or queen sleeper sofa.

The kitchenette is a great place to whip up breakfast on the stove or grab fruit from the fridge before heading out for the day. At Oak Square 210, you’ll have community access to 2 swimming pools — one indoors and one outdoors — so you can swim no matter the season! There’s a community laundry facility in case you need to wash clothes or towels during your stay. Plus, you can use the elevator and flat, paved parking for 2 vehicles for added convenience. 

Living Room
Step into serenity as you enter the living room at your condo rental in Gatlinburg. The space is cozy with a large rug, 2 recliners to kick back, and a plump sofa that doubles as a queen-size sleeper. There’s also a wood-burning fireplace to warm up on cool mountain days and a TV to keep everyone entertained in between exploring Gatlinburg attractions or tubing down the Pigeon River.

Toss a few logs onto the fire and sit back in a recliner with a mug of cocoa nearby and your favorite novel in hand. Gather everyone to watch something funny on TV for a little while. Or slip away for a glass of wine with a friend after others have gone to bed. There are lamps around the room that add warmth to the space every evening so you can stay up and spend quality time with loved ones.

Kitchenette
With all the essentials needed to prep and cook light meals, the kitchenette is a great addition to your Smoky Mountain vacation in Gatlinburg. Oak Square 210 supplies pots and pans, dishware, glasses, and more to help you keep everyone fed and happy. There’s a 2-burner stovetop, a stainless steel sink, a small fridge with a freezer, a microwave, and (perhaps most importantly) a coffeemaker.

You can pop into town and grab groceries for your stay within minutes and whip up yummy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks throughout your vacation. And be sure to grab a few doggy treats to keep in the cupboards. The quaint dining table adds more counter space to work with and is a great spot to let the kids help with the cooking. 

Dining Area
Tucked into the kitchenette, the dining table has seating for 2 just off the living room. Everyone can spread out and eat with entertainment on the TV, or you can turn the table into a kids' space to dine. Between meals, you can use the table to play board or card games or use it as a temporary work or homeschooling space. 

Bedroom
When you’re ready to slip away for a snooze, the bedroom offers a private space to retreat. The glass doors let in plenty of natural light in the mornings and lead to an outdoor space where you can sip coffee in your pajamas if you wish. In the bedroom, there is a spacious king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, a dresser, bedside tables, and lamps. 

Enjoy a long, hot shower or an evening bath, wear your comfiest PJs, then slip into the king sheets to cuddle with your spouse. The bedroom is a great space to read for a while, or you can flip on the TV for entertainment before bed and when you wake up. And don’t forget to set up your fur baby’s bed near you! Other sleeping arrangements in the condo rental include 1 twin-size bunk and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa. 

Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy valley and city views as you stroll around the condo complex and take in the fresh mountain air. From the balcony at Oak Square 210, you can see trees in the courtyard below and enjoy a little space all to yourself outside. There are chairs and a small table so you can sit outside with a drink and snack, read for a bit, let your doggie take in new scents and sounds, or chat with your best friend. And when you’re ready to head into town or to the ski slopes at Ober, take the convenient elevator down to the parking area that’s flat and paved. 

Other Amenities
Within the Oak Square Condos community, you’ll have access to 2 swimming pools that allow you to splash year-round! The courtyard pool is outdoors and perfect for swims under the summer sun. Bring a cooler with ice-cold drinks and rest in the lounge chairs poolside for a while. When it gets cool, take your swims indoors and into the heated pool. There’s even a wading pool for toddlers here! 

Oak Square 210 is pet friendly so your doggies can come along for a Smoky Mountain adventure! Enjoy seeing your pup's face light up and tail wag after shopping all day along the Parkway or walking around the Gatlinburg SkyTrail. You can also tap into the free high speed Wi-Fi whenever you want at the condo and keep up with laundry in the community facility with washers and dryers for guest use.

Local Fun
At Oak Square 210, everything is right at your fingertips! Stroll into downtown Gatlinburg where you’ll find the “Ripley Empire,” an aerial adventure park, arcades, homemade candy shops, a variety of eateries, local goods and crafts, an award-winning aquarium, and an entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. 

You can hike, play games, ride horses, check out museums, eat by the river, see a show, and attend seasonal events within minutes of this condo rental. Plus, Pigeon Forge is just down the road and offers double the attractions, shopping options, and yummy food!

Community pool and hot tub access are provided and managed through a third-party company. Cabins for YOU is not responsible for maintenance or pool closures. The pool and hot tub are typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
