Hillside Escape

Ideally located and just the right size for a getaway with up to eight guests, Hillside Escape is a beautiful Smoky Mountain cabin. It’s located about 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, TN and all of the local attractions, including Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies and the Village Shops. Hillside Escape is also in perfect proximity to the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community on an 8-mile loop road. Hillside Escape’s location keeps you close to all that Gatlinburg has to offer, while also giving you the feeling of being away in the mountains!

Hillside Escape is a cozy two bedroom, two bathroom mountain cabin rental. There are two levels in this cabin with a bedroom on each floor, so guests can enjoy peace and privacy at night. The primary bedroom is located on the upper level and has its own bathroom. It even has an indoor Jacuzzi tub where you can have a relaxing soak at the end of the night or a refreshing soak to start your day. The lower level bedroom has a queen size bed and a picture window that offers a lovely mountain view. For additional sleeping needs, Hillside Escape offers a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room!

Inside the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare countless delicious meals during your stay. A nice dining table by the kitchen has room for six guests, and a bar area with three bar stools offers more seating. Kids will especially love having breakfast here before heading to the living room for their favorite cartoons. After eating, you can move into the living room to relax and watch some of your favorite movies or TV shows. Everyone can enjoy the gas fireplace for extra warmth and a great glow on those cool Gatlinburg nights. Sit on any of the comfortable plush sofas while you relax after a busy day of mountain fun!

If you are coming to vacation at Hillside Escape in the spring or summer months, you can enjoy a cookout on the grill with your friends and family in the warm mountain air. There is a beautiful outdoor sitting area where guests can gather to have meals when the weather permits. After a long day sightseeing in town or in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you can come back to Hillside Escape and soak for a while in the outdoor hot tub. After taking a soak, have some fun with the ones you love by showing your competitive side during a game of pool!

There is also a TV and stereo in the loft where the pool table is located, so both kid and adults could spend hours playing and hanging out here. Listen to music or watch TV while your family plays pool and you cheer them on. For just a dollar a day, you can also have outdoor pool access. During warm months, enjoy laying out and soaking up the sun or splashing around in the pool with the kids.

Other great amenities include wireless Internet, a TV in each bedroom, CD and DVD players, rocking chairs, and a semi-private location. Enjoy peace and serenity, along with wooded views from almost every space in this cabin!
