Keep the whole group entertained, from kids to adults, with all these awesome features. Need more? Hawk’s Nest also boasts wireless high-speed internet, a handy welcome book with cabin info, board games for family game night, arcade games, and a pool table. Oh, and don’t forget the theater room, which has a big screen TV, DVD and Blu-ray players, and a movie library you can browse.

On nice days, head outside to toss some burgers or steaks on the gas grill with a light for nighttime grilling, use the popcorn maker for movie night, relax with a drink in the rocking chairs, or soak away stress in the hot tub. Back inside, cook in your fully equipped kitchen that has a Keurig coffee maker (with a drip coffee maker downstairs), cozy up in front of the gas fireplace, or call it a night with 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, 1 twin bed, 1 triple bunk bed, and 1 twin bunk bed with a convenient trundle (all new mattresses and pillows) for your group.

Living Room
Drop your bags in the entrance and follow the hardwood floors to a spacious living room. Whether you spent the day in Downtown Gatlinburgshopping at The Village Shops, or are just arriving to start your vacation, you feel a sense of instant relaxation as the cathedral ceilings open up the room and the fluffy carpet invites. Windows climb the walls to frame gorgeous forest views and allow peeks into the rest of the home.

A bearskin rug adds to the elegance lying beneath your choice of seating. Plunge into one of 2 lovely, modern club chairs to read a long overdue book. Or, stretch out on the couch as you are warmed by the 2 sided (gas) fireplace and hypnotized by the flickering flames. Perfectly placed, a small table and chairs in front of the spacious window allows you to take in more of nature as you chat or play games and still enjoy the fire. Being the center and heart of this home, you can access the upstairs as well as the kitchen and the adjoining dining room.

Kitchen
With enough room for everyone to gather while meals are being prepared, the kitchen is just off the living room and is connected to the neighboring dining area. Whether you have a filling dinner at The Peddler Steakhouse or breakfast from the Log Cabin Pancake House, there is abundant room in this side-by-side refrigerator for any leftovers as well as groceries for meals and snacks. 

Take advantage of the spacious island to gather around and converse with family and friends with plenty of prep and serving areas to bake holiday traditions or cook favorite meals. Brew a steaming cup of tea or coffee in the coffeemaker to wake up for an adventure out at Dollywood Theme Park, then blend an adult drink in the blender to wind down for the evening. Full size oven, stove, and microwave provide ample space to prepare whatever your taste buds desire, and a dishwasher aids to quickly clean up any messes.

Dining Area
Steps away from the kitchen the dining area sits adjacent, allowing easy access to serve meals. When the delicious meal is prepared, this country chic table will comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Arrange the 6 chairs and 2 benches to also suit a small group playing intense card or board games while staying warm at the inventive double-sided fireplace. 

Rec Room + Theater Space
Just up the stairs, a grandiose loft area is home to the rec room and theater space equipped with a big screen TV, DVD player, Blu-ray player, streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, as well as an extensive movie library and video games. Housed in the rec area, the full size pool table will provide hours of healthy competition and bonding. Bedrooms
Rafting in the Smokies or experiencing the excitement of Gatlinburg Mountain Coasters can leave you exhausted and ready for a pleasant and rejuvenating night’s sleep. At Hawk’s Nest, you will have 4 bedrooms with room for 11 to comfortably sleep. Dreamland awaits all with a choice of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, a triple bunk and a regular bunk with a trundle to snuggle down for a marvelous rest. Fall asleep to a movie in the background in the king or queen rooms and try to keep all of the talking and laughter to a minimum in the bunk rooms so all the kiddos will be ready for a trip to Ripley’s Aquarium. Go ahead and cheat a little on your diet! You will find exercise equipment in the primary bedroom ready for you when you wake or before bed to help you sleep that much better.

Getting out the door quickly will be possible with 4 roomy bathrooms for your guests. Relax in a bubble bath in the garden tub, and keep all the dirty clothes washed and ready for the next fabulous undertaking like a trip to The Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway, in the washer and dryer tucked away in the half bath.

Outdoor Areas
Giving you an excuse to enjoy the glorious scenery you are a part of, the oversized front porch gives every guest in your party another place to be together. You don’t have to go all the way to Peru to enjoy soft, friendly llamas! Your personal pack buddy does the heavy lifting while you lead them along a trail to multiple destinations such as the Bridge to Prosperity and a mountain overlook picnic. Get closer to all of the incredible mountain views and take in the sounds as you walk alongside babbling rivers with your new llama friend.

Clingmans Dome
Making it the highest point of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this observation tower that sits 6,643 feet tall is a must-see while you are this close. You don’t have to be an expert hiker or mountain climber; the short .5-mile trek along a paved path makes getting to the peak a feat the whole family can conquer.
