On April 30, 2009 join the Cherokee Audi Club in Gatlinburg TN along with many Audi and Volkswagen fans from all over to celebrate the Quattro de Mayo event. More than 100 fans will gather at the Great Smoky Mountain National Park to take scenic drives and explore local attraction. Many Audi and Volkswagen fans will come to town in everything from sports cars to mini vans. They have day to day itineraries to make the most of their time here and will be driving all over Gatlinburg TN. Join in with them as they take on many different routes that are both scenic and thrilling.

Many of the thrill seekers will be driving along the winding roads on routes such as Tail of the Dragon, The Devil’s Triangle and Cherohala Skyway and Dragon Loop. Some will take the scenic drives around the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Cades Cove, Clingman’s Dome, Foothills Parkway and several other relaxing roads that will provide plenty of beautiful scenery.

The convoy of vehicles will be out on the roads Thursday through Saturday exploring the area in and around Gatlinburg TN. All makes and models of these vehicles will be in the area and even Mini Cooper owners and Corvette owners will be out and about. There is a schedule for each day and it even includes where everyone enjoying the Quattro de Mayo event will be eating each day. They’ll start their days out together and end it with dinner to discuss and laugh about the events that happened each day.
