Staying in a property in the Chalet Village Resort near downtown Gatlinburg, Tennessee? Enjoy access to 3 lovely well-equipped clubhouses - the North Clubhouse, the South Baden Clubhouse, and the Upper Alpine Clubhouse. Each has a unique set of amenities available to guests, and all clubhouses are open for the season starting in mid-May through mid-September.
North Clubhouse
Located on the corner of Wiley Oakley and Village Loop, the North Clubhouse offers many amenities within Chalet Village for those staying in a Chalet Village cabin. Enjoy access to 3 swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, a paved walking trail, foosball, yard games, and ping pong.
The North Clubhouse - with panoramic Smoky Mountain views - also has a private banquet room (available for a fee) for wedding receptions, reunions, meetings, and other group gatherings. Along with beautiful spaces inside, you'll enjoy a stunning backdrop for your special occasion. The space can be used as 1 space or 2, with space for up to 65 seated guests, a full kitchen, and a wood-burning fireplace. Clubhouse facilities are open mid-May through mid-September.
Tennis Courts
Tennis courts are lighted and open year-round. Stop by the Chalet Village clubhouse during open hours to pick up tennis equipment or bring your own racquets and tennis balls if playing after hours. Lights will stay on until midnight.
Swimming Pools
Pool Hours | 9 AM - 9 PM, Thursday - Tuesday
*Facilities are closed Wednesdays for maintenance.
South Baden Clubhouse
Just a short walk from Ober Gatlinburg, the South Baden Clubhouse at Chalet Village boasts a 58,000-gallon swimming pool, games, a kids' area, fitness equipment, and more. Concessions and drink machines are available during operating hours, and the pool area also has tennis courts, horseshoes, and shuffleboard for more fun.
Swimming Pool
The pool here runs from 1 to 9 feet deep and offers plenty of seating and shade. There is a slide for the kids, along wtih a playland enclosure for kids 12 and under. Changing rooms and showers are available - just bring your own towels!
Clubhouse
Inside the clubhouse, enjoy access to pool tables, ping pong, foosball, checkers and chess, and board games. The fitness center features a universal gym, various equipment, and a flatscreen TV. Groups, retreats, reunions, and events can use the meeting rooms (for a fee).
If you need to stay connected, take advantage of the free Wi-Fi within the clubhouse. Simply bring your own laptop/tablet/smartphone and a current community pass. Facilities are open mid-May through mid-September and closed on Tuesdays for maintenance.
Upper Alpine Clubhouse
At the Upper Alpine Clubhouse, guests will have access to an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, and a game room. It's the smallest of the three clubhouses at Chalet Village, but it is centrally located within the community and offers several amenities.
Swimming Pool
The pool deck has a great blend of sunshine and shade over the 20 x 40 pool, along with a view of the ski slopes of Ober Gatlinburg. It ranges from 3 feet to 8 ½ feet deep and also features an adjacent wading pool with a cascading raindrop umbrella for younger children.
Clubhouse
Inside the clubhouse, guests will have access to changing rooms, showers (bring your own towels), and a game room with a pool table, foosball, and a game table for checkers and chess. Facilities are open mid-May through mid-September and closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for maintenance.
Chalet Village Owners Club - Deals for Guests + Owners
The main office for Chalet Village is located on Ski Mountain Road. Guests can pick up community maps at the office. Chalet Village also offers a discount program called the CVOC (Chalet Village Owners Club). It is available to all owners and guests staying in cabins in Chalet Village. Cards for the CVOC are placed in each cabin and should be left for the next guests. The CVOC program offers discounts at area restaurants, shops, and attractions. The list is available online and is updated each May.
