For your optimal swimming experience, water is temperature controlled at the community pool. There are loungers and tables to sit, chat, and sunbathe poolside. Restrooms are available. And do note pets are not allowed at the pool.

Picnic Pavilion + Firepit
Following the flowing stream, you can light one of 2 charcoal grills for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the covered picnic pavilion. There are 7 picnic tables, offering plenty of space for your group to spread out, and you can make s’mores and swap stories at the communal firepit!
The pavilion is equipped with fans to keep cool in warmer months and electrical outlets for added convenience. And spotlights on timers allow you to enjoy the resort amenities into the evening.
Catch-and-Release Pond + Nature Trail
Cross the wooden bridge and find the catch-and-release pond for a lovely morning or afternoon of fishing in the Great Smoky Mountains. This fishing pond is stocked with bass, bluegill, and catfish that you can reel in, snap a pic, and toss back.
Before heading back to your cabin in Cedar Falls, take a leisurely stroll along the nature trail within the resort. It’s a great chance to reconnect with nature while taking in the fresh mountain air and stretching your legs. Bonus: the Cedar Falls trail is less crowded than popular hiking trails in the national park.
Playground + Games
Near the Cedar Falls community pool, there’s a fenced playground for the kiddos to get out their wiggles before relaxing at your vacation home in the resort. For more fun and games, there’s a basketball goal to shoot hoops, a volleyball setup, and a horseshoe pit. Just remember to bring your sports gear, balls, and horseshoes to play!
Cedar Falls Chapel
A charming wedding chapel resides in the Cedar Falls community and is available for small gatherings. It offers ample parking, 12 pews, and air conditioning for your special occasion.
