Wine, Dine, and Art Crawl
Date: April 11, 2014
Location: Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community
Time: 5 pm-9 pm
Join your fellow wine enthusiasts for a night filled with history, culture, and crafts. The new Wine, Dine, and Art Crawl is located in the historic Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The price is $50, and you can purchase that ticket online! This is the second year that this event will take place in the Smoky Mountains, and it is not a night to be missed! With the purchase of your ticket, you receive access to venture all through the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community from 5 pm-9 pm. This is made possible as part of the private, guided tours for participating galleries.
With the purchase of a ticket, you also have the opportunity to meet some of the artists and take a sampling of some of the local wines. Try a variety of hors d’oeuvres from local restaurants and end this enchanting evening with a lovely meal at one of the delicious Gatlinburg restaurants. The event is for those 21 years and older, and reservations should be made ahead of time because seating is limited!
Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain Wine Fest

Location: The Plaza at Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies
Time: 1 pm-6 pm
Come celebrate and support local wineries in the Smoky Mountains! For $20, you will receive a wristband and a ticket and that will allow you to sample the different wines at the Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain Wine Fest. Ever wondered how wine is made? This event offers a chance for you to learn. There will be educational talks given during this event to explain the wine making process, and instructors will give advice on how to pair different foods with the different wine flavors as well as different cigars.
At this year’s fun-filled Wine Fest, there will be 10 wineries serving up samples of their most popular and delicious wine options. You will sample some of the best wine that the Smoky Mountains has to offer. Of course, you must be 21 years of age or older for this event, so bring proper ID to present when you arrive. When purchasing your tickets online, you can receive a discount by purchasing a combo ticket. The price of the combo ticket for both wine events on April 11th and 12th is $65, so you can save $5 if you plan to attend both events! Tickets can be purchased off the official website.
A portion of proceeds will benefit the Gatlinburg Hospitality Association Scholarship Fund and Arrowmont School of Arts & Crafts.
