Living Room
Ready to get your vacation started? Drop your bags at the door and have a seat on the sofa set with charming wildlife motif. If it’s a little cool, go ahead and switch on the stacked stone (electric and heated) fireplace that reaches to the ceiling. It’s perfect for warming up the space and enjoying a chat with family and a few glasses of wine. There’s also a big screen TV with Blu-ray player, perfect for movie nights at the cabin. Pop everyone’s favorite snack in the nearby kitchen, toss a few sodas and sweets on the coffee table, and sit back for a fun evening in together.
Kitchen
Only a few steps from the open concept living area, the kitchen is ready for meal prep and serving with stainless steel appliances, double sink, pots and pans, dishware, silverware, glasses, and much more. Fix healthy breakfasts every morning, reheat restaurant leftovers for lunch, stew tasty dinners on the stove, and grab midnight snacks in a flash. Bonus: a dishwasher is provided as your clean-up companion!
Dining Area
Nestled in the kitchen space is the dining area with a glass-top wooden table and 6 cushioned chairs. This space is great for easily grabbing seconds from the kitchen and a prime location to gather the gang to discuss plans in town or the nearby national park. It’s also lovely for checking emails, setting out crafts for the kiddos, or having a heart-to-heart with a loved one and a steaming mug of joe. Plus, the close living area provides extra seating.
Rec Loft
It’s game time in the rec loft — featuring a classic pool table, tabletop arcade unit with drum seating, and an air hockey rink! Shoot pool until morning, beat the highest scores, and show your friends who’s boss with an air hockey puck. There’s also a checkers mat on the table with chairs, a tipi for the kiddos, and a sofa with end tables to relax before the next round.
Bedrooms
Head to Appalachian Dreamland in a king-size bed in one of 2 bedrooms in the home — each with a large flatscreen TV, dresser, and ceiling fan. The primary suite even boasts an indoor jetted tub in the room for spa nights. Light a few candles, turn down the lights, play soft music, and let your stresses fade away in the hot water. After, slip into the cool sheets and watch a little entertainment before drifting to sleep. There is also a bunk bed and 1 queen sleeper in the home for the kids or extra guests.
Outdoor Spaces
Step onto the spacious, wraparound deck at the semi-private Appalachian Dream and get a closer look at the tall trees and valley area sure to bring peace with every breath of fresh mountain air. Settle into a rocking chair with a glass of lemonade on warm days and opt for a cup of cocoa with your partner in the double rocking chair when it’s cool. The gas grill is great for flipping burgers, and the picnic table is a great place to dine in nature. And when you’re ready for a relaxing soak, hop in the steamy hot tub! Plus, parking is paved with spots for up to 5 vehicles, so unpacking and loading the cars will be easy-peasy.
