Believe it or not, there are actually cabins that are about 4 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and they have great views of Mt. Leconte. These are hard to find because they do book fast.

3. Game Tables/Room – There is a large number of vacationers that would love to have some game tables in their Gatlinburg cabins that they rent. There is nothing like some good family competition.

4. Big Screen TV – Just because you go on vacation doesn’t mean that the rest of the world stops. Especially sports! During fall color, which is also football season, we get asked a lot about our TV size and the channels it receives. Most Gatlinburg cabins are booked for the weekend and that is when most football games are played. Although they are supposed to be spending time with their family, they don’t want to miss the big game. In fact, they want to watch it in style.
