I want to say thank you for providing such a wonderful place for my wife and I to spend a week together doing nothing but being lazy and worthless. The first time we rented this cabin (Close To Heaven) was to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. This year we rented the same cabin and could not have enjoyed it more had you paid us to be there.

Hate to see it up for grabs. That hurts. What a shame I am not a rich man -I would love to own such a place. Anyone who can't find peace and tranquility in a spot like that is simply asking too much from life.

While I have never been one to wish bad fortune on anyone, still, there is a nastiness down in my soul that hopes you can find no buyer for Close To Heaven for at least another 25 years. This way my wife and I will always have a place to look forward to enjoying. Shame on me but what can I say? I am only human...

We really enjoyed our stay at Close to Heaven! The cabin was very clean and decorated and made us feel right at home. It is just the right size for a couple to have a getaway together. Everyone was very nice to assist us in everyway. I just fell in love with the wood fireplace. Nothing is as cozy as a wood fire to relax you and just let your mind wonder. The hot tub was fun! Very nice to come back to after sight seeing in the area!! We actually called it coming home after being out and about for awhile. The bed was very comfortable as well. I seemed as though it just wrapped you in comfort. We will definitely will be staying again and again. This was our first stay in a cabin and as far as we are concerned we will now be staying in a cabin from now on, so much better than a hotel! The only regret that I have is that our trip was too short. Kindest regards,

Thanks for your interest.  We stayed at "Close to Heaven" on October 18-21.  Overall things went very well.  Very much enjoyed sitting on the porch swing in the morning and also sitting in front of the fireplace listening to it pop and crackle at night.  Great location and floor plan for the cabin.  Also, it felt very private even though there were other cabins nearby.
